Hi Jasmina!
I’ve been retired for almost a decade and decided to add another fun hobby to my list. I look forward to more tutorials and more experiments!

Wow, this looks amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. Yesss, it’s never too late to start drawing. I always emphasize how beneficial drawing is for our well-being and health. I’m really looking forward to seeing more of your experiments. Please feel free to reach out if you ever have questions and suggestions.
Hi again! – I wanted to draw another cat, but I’m not quite as happy with this one. It should be somewhat easy to identify what can kind of cat this is, but my long/short term goal is to create or accomplish some hyper realistic drawings. Also, I think the tan paper made it more difficult to create better contrast.
Thanks for all the feedback you have provided.
-Larry
Let me guess then 🙂 It’s a snow leopard. You are doing it great. I am glad that hyperrealism is your goal so you can work for it. Yes, tan paper can make these drawings look flat, so maybe try with gray paper. Can you use some of my tutorials on animals? I plan to do more, so please suggest which ones shuld I draw 🙂
Two of my most favorite animals are the wolf and the eagle. One of my other hobbies is photography – both macro photography and animals. Here is a pretty good close up of a bald eagle I took right after Christmas. I would love to take some close up portraits of wolves, but those out of my reach at the moment. Much appreciated! -Larry
They are beautiful 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing. Hope you will draw a bald eagle too
